Popis projektu
- define, maintain, and own product vision, roadmap, development backlog, and identify growth opportunities
- work with a cross-functional team of experts responsible for the development and delivery of new features
- work with internal and external clients at management or executive level to understand complex business needs
- translate business requirements into user stories for the cross-functional team so they are clearly understood and implementable
- utilize technical knowledge and skills to support and deliver on internal initiatives
- plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Požadavky projektu
- 5+ years of experience as PO/BA in software development with a proven track record
- degree in business, IT (preferred) or related fields
- experiences with ERPs and Oracle
- comfortable standing in front of clients, inspiring them with an idea or saying no to them when deemed necessary
- fluent in English
- a consulting background with experience in delivering solutions within defined timeframes is highly desirable
- ability to cooperate with development teams on highly technical topics
