- taking care of team members
- keeping project documentation updated and light reporting
- developing as well
- producing high quality code
- reviewing codes
- knowing design patterns and introducing them when needed together with an explanation of why they should be used and what is the added value they bring
- evaluating multiple technical platforms and tools to determine the best platform and/or tool to deliver on a business requirement while achieving low TCO
- providing technical leadership and ensure compliance with development process and standards
- leading development operations
- working with several business partners with competing requirements
- overseeing and coordinating 2 teams of 7 team members (lead, developers, testers, UX designers)
Požadavky projektu
- solid architecture skills
- .NET Core
- React (knowing Angular as well is a plus)
- good understanding of microservice architecture
- event-driven architecture and patterns
- replication, message queues
- strong understanding of software development life cycle, Microsoft Web Technology stack and programming languages (ASP.NET WebApi, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Azure)
- Azure - Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Redis, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Front Door
- PaaS, headless services
- relation and document databases
- high availability, disaster recovery, failovers and recovery plans
- multiple regions, cross-regional writing, multi-write, replications, eventual consistency
- development of infrastructure administration and security
- very good English for daily communication
- mindset of consultant - propose innovations, explain reasons for change, guide non-technical people
- US hours extended overlap needed
