Project description
- development of an agent platform on which teams can create their own AI assistants and automated routines
- addressing the growth of AI autonomy while maintaining control over its actions for a client in the technological product development sector
- leading the expert direction of agent runtime, protocols, and framework in cooperation with product management
- design and maintenance of the lifecycle of short-term and long-running agents, including launching, isolating, monitoring, and terminating
- implementation of sandboxes, permissions, scheduling, agent wake-ups, and transfer of agent sessions to client applications
- development of adapters for MCP and Agent Client Protocol, tool interfaces, action approvals, and feedback and rerun mechanisms
- securing local inference endpoints and managing dependencies, vulnerabilities, versions, and framework compatibility in Python and TypeScript
- creation of starter kits, documentation, and examples for application engineers, customers, and partners
- external cooperation for 24 months with monthly invoicing based on hours worked
Project requirements
- Required Experience and Skills
- experience in a similar senior role with development and operation of production agent or LLM application platforms
- at least 5 years of software development in Python or TypeScript, of which at least 2 years working with LLM agents and tool calling
- practical experience with agent protocols and runtimes, such as MCP, ACP, or A2A
- experience with sandboxing, permissions, and human approval of agent actions
- experience with development and release of libraries or frameworks, including versioning, compatibility, and dependency and security management
- daily use of AI coding agents and assistants and knowledge of their benefits and limitations
- Other Relevant Experience
- university education in a technical field
- Czech and English at a working level
- ability to independently take on an open problem and deliver a released and documented solution
- Advantageous
- experience with an American company or product
- experience with open-source project management
- knowledge of containers and Kubernetes
- experience with agent observability and OpenTelemetry
