Project description

the project focuses on the systematic implementation of AI and Large Language Model solutions into the customer's existing testing and development environment
interconnection of senior experience in Test Automation, Software Development, and AI/LLM
design and development of scalable solutions for AI-driven testing
design and implementation of solutions for agent-based testing
hands-on implementation and integration of AI/LLM solutions into testing processes
development of proprietary AI testing tools beyond the use of existing solutions
preparation of solutions suitable for production deployment and long-term use
emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and reusability of the developed solutions
the main goals of the project are:
- reducing the workload in maintaining existing automated tests
- reducing UI test fragility
- AI-assisted detection and repair of broken selectors and locators
- expansion of system integration testing
- autonomous generation and validation of test scenarios
- creation of reusable testing tools for multiple teams
actively co-create the concept of AI-driven testing, assess the technical feasibility of individual designs, identify risks, and propose alternatives based on practical experience with AI and LLM technologies
- subsequently program, deploy, and hand over selected solutions independently to the internal team
cooperation possible in a combined REMOTE / ON-SITE (3 days per week, Bratislava) mode
the final rate depends on the candidate's experience and the results of the selection process

Project requirements

min. 3 years of demonstrable experience in designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks
experience with both UI and integration tests
deep understanding of the causes of UI test fragility
experience with robust locator and selector strategies
experience in designing integration testing strategy
hands-on experience with testing multi-service and API environments
strong programming experience in at least one language:
- Python
- TypeScript/JavaScript
- Java,
- C#,
ability to independently design and implement a tool from scratch
experience with production software development
experience with Git and CI/CD
real production experience with AI or LLM solutions
experience with agent-based approaches
knowledge of autonomous agents, tool-use, and orchestration
experience with prompt engineering
ability to evaluate the quality and reliability of AI outputs
ability to design model-error-resilient solutions
ability to critically assess the contribution of AI
independence and ownership
ability to present technical recommendations
experience with technical documentation and knowledge transfer
active knowledge of the English language at a communicative level (min. B2-C1)
