Project description

  • design, development, and implementation of advanced Agentic AI solutions architecture for automating complex processes in insurance
  • work in an international team focused on transforming insurance claims handling through autonomous multi-agent systems and intelligent document processing
  • utilization of modern technologies such as LLMs, RAG, advanced AI orchestration frameworks, and cloud AI services (Azure AI / AWS AI)
  • definition of AI agent roles, their decision-making logic, collaboration patterns, and human-in-the-loop processes
  • design of integrations with enterprise applications via API interfaces
  • ensuring agent decision traceability, auditability, data models, and monitoring
  • creation of functional prototypes, validation of automation scenarios, and transfer of best practices to development teams
  • collaboration in a 2-3 days per week onsite (Prague – Brumlovka) and the rest remote mode

Project requirements

  • advanced experience:
    • strong experience in IT architecture with a focus on Agentic AI and the design of autonomous AI agents
    • design and architecture of Multi-Agent Systems
    • utilization of LLMs and RAG architecture
  • experience with:
    • AI orchestration frameworks
    • enterprise integration architecture and API design
    • delivery of solutions focused on automating business processes using AI
  • advanced knowledge:
    • English language at a level of fluent professional communication and stakeholder management
  • advantageous:
    • experience from the insurance or financial services domain (e.g., claims processing, workflow automation)
    • practical knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms such as Azure AI or AWS AI
    • experience with large-scale enterprise AI implementations
