Project description

end-to-end development, expansion, and long-term maintenance of autonomous agent systems in the dynamic environment of the banking sector
close cooperation in a small 5-member team specialized in AI Agentic solutions within a broader AI center of excellence and solving challenges in the area of banking process automation
development of cloud applications using Python, AWS, LangFuse, and LangGraph with an emphasis on adhering to IT security standards
architecture design and close collaboration with the product owner and solution architect on the technical direction of the project
deployment and operation management of cloud solutions in a financial institution environment
development and maintenance of technical documentation
cooperation in a 3 days onsite and 2 days remote mode

advanced experience with:
- design, development, and management of agent systems
knowledge of:
- IT security principles
advantageous:
- LangFuse and LangGraph
- domain knowledge from the banking sector
- excellent communication skills

- ability for independent work and team cooperation
- proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility for entrusted solutions
- knowledge of English at B1/B2 level for documentation creation
