Project description

  • design and implementation of agentic AI workflows for customer advisory
  • development and optimization of LLM-based applications
  • design and implementation of RAG architectures
  • transforming complex business rules and decision logic into reliable AI agent behavior
  • design and implementation of AI agents for personalized product recommendations
  • design of testing strategies for AI agents and agentic workflows
  • implementation of quality assurance mechanisms for AI-driven interactions
  • validation of quality, consistency, and correctness of LLM solution outputs
  • consultation on AI solution deployment in a production environment
  • cooperation with Product Owner, business stakeholders, and technical teams
  • facilitation of workshops and translation of business requirements into technical AI solutions
  • support for end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions from prototype to production
  • cooperation takes place in a 100% REMOTE mode

Project requirements

  • min. 5 years experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence
  • experience with:
    • Generative AI and LLM applications (min. 2 years)
    • RAG architectures
    • design and implementation of agentic AI workflows
    • LangChain
    • LangGraph
    • Python development
    • transforming business rules into AI agent behavior
    • testing AI agents and agentic workflows
    • designing AI quality assurance concepts
    • end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions from prototype to production
  • advantageous:
    • Microsoft Azure
    • AI/ML deployment in Cloud environment
       
  • active knowledge of English and German spoken and written (min. C1)
  • independence and ownership
  • analytical thinking and problem-solving
