Project description
- end-to-end design and implementation of AI/GenAI solutions – from business process analysis and prototyping to production deployment (Forward Deployed Engineering)
- AI/LLM Evaluation – design of evaluation datasets, assessment of accuracy and reliability of AI outputs, regression testing, and production monitoring
- direct collaboration with end-users – leading workshops, identifying opportunities for automation, and transforming business requirements into technical specifications
- development of AI and agent-based solutions for process automation, document processing, and decision support
- hands-on development in Python, creation of microservices and API integrations with internal systems
- design and deployment of cloud AI solutions using Microsoft Azure or AWS/Amazon Bedrock
- ensuring quality, security, and compliance of AI solutions with regulated environment requirements
- collaboration possible only full-time in a 100% REMOTE mode with occasional ad-hoc onsite (Nitra)
- final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the selection process
Project requirements
- commercial experience with AI/GenAI – independent design, development, and production deployment of AI/LLM solutions (Forward Deployed Engineering)
- hands-on experience with AI/LLM Evaluation – creation of evaluation datasets, quality and reliability measurement of outputs, regression testing, and monitoring
- advanced knowledge of Python – microservices development, REST API integrations, and software engineering principles
- practical experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS in the development and deployment of cloud solutions
- Forward Deployed Engineering – gathering requirements directly from users, process analysis, and independent implementation of solutions from PoC to production
- excellent communication skills, ability to lead workshops and bridge business and technical requirements
- active knowledge of English at a communicative level (min. B2+)
- active knowledge of Slovak or Czech language
- advantage:
- experience with:
- Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI, and agent-based AI systems
- Prompt, Context, and Harness Engineering, MCP / Agent-to-Agent
- LLM-as-a-Judge, golden datasets, AI Guardrails, and LLMOps
- Document AI and automated document processing
- GDPR, PII, AI governance, or projects in the insurance and financial sectors
- knowledge of German language
- experience with:
- high degree of autonomy and responsibility for the result
- seniority and assertiveness in communication with stakeholders
- pragmatic approach and focus on real results and quickly implementable benefits
- strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively
