Project description
- ensuring data accuracy and responsibility for:
- complete reporting of activities for the company's headquarters, ensuring data accuracy
- preparation of reports for clients and their consultation with colleagues from the sales department (overviews regarding vehicle fleets, ad hoc reports)
- preparation of reports on suppliers and operations and their discussion with the operations director/procurement director
- preparation of reports on submitted complaints, subsequent projection into the process improvement module
- assistance with projects based on the requirements of internal and external customers
- support of colleagues from the financial controlling team (willingness to develop new reports and improve internal management of KPI indicators at clients)
- preparation of monthly reports with activity indicators
- preparation of sales department indicators and provided services
- an active member of a team focused on improving existing processes and a process owner for key users (each team member proposes his own process improvement and is responsible for its implementation)
- cooperation on specific team projects, as well as active and independent learning in the area of products, processes and company organization
- education and recognition of opportunities to improve operating methods, critical assessment of the possibility of improving and streamlining the services provided
- participation in the development and improvement of internal control mechanisms for quality assurance
- thorough and accurate storage of files and documentation in accordance with company rules and guidelines
- cooperation possible in 100% REMOTE mode
- the final reward depends on the experience of the candidate and the progress of the selection process
Project requirements
- min. 2 years of project experience in a similar position
- advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office:
- especially MS Excel (vlookup(), hlookup(), sumif(), countif(), and(), or(), pivot tables, conditional formatting, ...)
- knowledge and experience with:
- by the SAS system
- programming in the VBA language
- advantage of knowledge and experience with:
- Dataik
- Tableau
- SQL
- data architecture
- active knowledge of spoken and written English (min. B2)
- strong analytical skills
- excellent communication and presentation skills
