Project description
- responsibility for the administration and operation of bank applications (configuration of applications, resolution of specified incidents, etc.)
- responsibility for maintenance, availability and support of application environments
- identification, resolution and delegation of incidents (e.g. server restart, insufficient rights in the application, etc.)
- monitoring applications on environments and supervising their operation
- working with logs (application, server) when solving problems and incidents
- communication with the client regarding the identification and resolution of incidents
- cooperation in solving incidents with internal members of other teams
- creation and maintenance of documentation and knowledge base
- communication with team members and internal customer
- OFF-SITE [home-office] mode, getting to know the team in Nitra at the beginning of the project
Project requirements
- min. 4-year experience in the position of Application/System Administrator in the banking sector
- min. 2-year experience in the position of Team Leader (Operation Manager)
- experience with Linux/Unix and MS Windows operating systems
- advanced experience with monitoring servers and applications (e.g. Zabbix, Splunk , Nagios,...)
- experience with application servers
- knowledge and ability to read application logos
- experience with network administration and/or troubleshooting
- knowledge of SQL databases
- conversational knowledge of the English language
- an advantage
- experience with automation and scripting (python, bash, powershell,...)
- experience with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
- professional appearance and communication with the client
