Project description
- cooperation on the business assignment for the selection process for the implementation partner
- cooperation with business owners in the preparation of functional and non-functional requirements, analysis of the required reports for the entrusted area
- preparation and management of workshops with business owners and implementation partner in all phases of the project (FIT GAP analysis, solution design, implementation, UAT)
- ongoing maintenance of process flows, process maps and business requirements in applications such as Jira, EA (Enterprise Architect) and SAP Solution Manager (ALM)
- ensuring the correct course of the life cycle of related documents within the project
- creation of the business part of the assignment for any Change Requests that arise during the course of the project
- creation of impact analyzes regarding customer development compared to standard functionality
- preparation, communication of changes and ensuring adoption by business in to-be processes
- communication with users, system analysts, architects, etc.
- cooperation on the preparation and maintenance of the project schedule
- risk monitoring
- preparation of reporting in all phases of the project
Project requirements
- 5 years of practical experience in the field of business/process analysis with an emphasis on methodical and content coverage Business assignment within implementation projects
- experience working in tools in Jira, EA (SAP Solution Manager (ALM) is an advantage, not a requirement)
- analytical thinking, feeling for detail and structure, precision
- communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders, express ideas clearly and be able to listen to others
- experience in preparing and conducting workshops with a larger number of participants
- skill in planning and time management
- ability to adapt to changes and rapid development of the situation
- knowledge of accounting, tax processes and reporting a must
