Project description
- Understanding of internal processes, solutions, their connections and the context between them
- Support of the development team during the development phase - analysis of business requirements and their documentation
- Creation of analytical documentation and outputs
- Creating necessary User Stories, Use Cases, Epics, Themes, Process Flows
- Communication between the business department and development
- Providing consulting support to the internal team
- Cooperation in an agile team in the financial environment
- Possible long-term cooperation
- Cooperation possible in a hybrid ON-SITE and REMOTE mode (approx. 60:40)
Project requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in the field of Business Analyst and/or ICT Analyst and/or Product Analyst and/or similar analytical activities
- Analytical skills and the ability to translate user needs into understandable functional and non-functional requirements
- Advanced experience with:
- Analysis of business requirements for the modification of existing or development of new applications
- Creation of business analytical documentation and outputs for application development
- Experience with:
- CX, UX from a customer perspective
- Design of solutions for business
- Notations (BPMN, UML) and modeling tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect, BizzDesign, Camunda)
- Using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo...)
- Agile software development methods (SCRUM, SAFe, LEAN and/or KANBAN)
- General overview of the financial area
- Conversational knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
- A great advantage is experience:

- Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Open to new ideas and visions
- Ability to react flexibly and adapt to change
