Project description

  • comprehensive transformation and business design of approval processes for modern banking platforms
  • close cooperation in an agile team with product managers, risk managers, and IT developers on translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • modeling of financial and system flows using BPMN standards and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Enterprise Architect
  • gathering and detailed analysis of requirements from key stakeholders for the development and modification of banking systems
  • creation of business specifications, functional requirements, and definition of acceptance criteria for the development team
  • mapping of existing processes (As-Is) and design of new, optimized loan and approval flows (To-Be)
  • cooperation on the implementation of approval algorithms, scoring, and product logic
  • support in user acceptance testing (UAT) and preparation of user documentation
  • hybrid cooperation mode in a ratio of 3 days onsite at Radlická location and 2 days remote

Project requirements

  • advanced experience with:
    • analysis, mapping, and modeling of processes in the field of banking
    • creation of functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams
  • experience with:
    • working in Jira and Confluence tools
    • modeling in BPMN 
    • working with Enterprise Architect tool
  • advanced knowledge:
    • principles of operation of banking systems and approval processes
  • knowledge of:
    • reading APIs and basic IT architecture
    • negotiation and communication skills in Czech and English
    • loan products such as consumer loans, mortgages, or corporate loans
  • advantageous:
    • direct experience with loan products, e.g., consumer loans, mortgages, or corporate loans
    • knowledge of scoring, risk processes, or internal approval workflows
    • experience with As-Is / To-Be process design
    • experience with UAT testing and preparation of user documentation
    • experience from larger transformational or modernization projects in a bank
