business requirements analysis in sales & marketing
gathering, structuring, and documenting business requirements
design of end-to-end business use cases and customer scenarios
modeling user journeys, activity flows, and information architecture
creation of high-level diagrams and identification of involved systems
design of business processes, reporting requirements, and KPIs
collaboration with business owners, product owners, and technical teams
coordination of communication between business and IT
participation in the development of customer experience across digital channels, for example
working in an agile team of approximately five members

- business architecture and functional architecture design
- end-to-end business process design
- customer journey, user journey, and activity flow design
- communication between business stakeholders and IT teams
experience in
- creating business and functional documentation
- business process modeling
- defining KPIs and reporting requirements
- CRM systems and customer digital channels
- designing high-level solution diagrams
- working in an agile environment
advanced knowledge of
- SAFe methodology
- English language, spoken and written
- Czech or Slovak language
knowledge of
- TOGAF framework
- enterprise architecture principles
- digital customer platforms (mobile, web, frontend)
advantageous
- SAFe Practitioner certification
- experience in the automotive industry
- experience with projects focused on customer experience
- experience with information architecture and customer portal design
