Project description

  • support of a comprehensive Lead to Cash (L2C) process transformation within the hospitality division for a company in the field of tourism
  • focus on end-to-end analysis of the entire L2C value chain
    • lead generation, opportunity management, trade management (creation of offers and contracts), order capture, invoicing and settlement
  • solving key problems:
    • insufficient end-to-end integration of processes
    • complexity of execution due to involvement of multiple stakeholders
    • inconsistent and fragmented data flows
  • close cooperation with:
    • senior management and operational teams
    • key platforms (Salesforce CRM, Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, Zuora)
  • cooperation in an international SCRUM team
     
  • cooperation possible in 100% REMOTE mode, primarily on full-time (or part-time by agreement)
  • final reward depends on the candidate's experience and the course of the selection process

Project requirements

  • min. 6-year proven experience in the position of Business Analyst in complex and multidisciplinary environments
  • advanced knowledge of the Lead to Cash process:
    • lead generation and management
    • preparation of offers (Opportunity to Quote)
    • contract lifecycle management (Contract Lifecycle Management)
    • order management
    • invoicing and settlement
  • expertise in process management (BPM) and solution design, including knowledge of tools:
    • ARIS (process mapping) or equivalent
    • Celonis (process mining) or equivalent
  • experience with/in: 
    • designing and leading workshops with multidisciplinary teams
    • creating visual and textual materials to explain complex topics
    • making decisions based on customer needs and business goals
  • skills:
    • moving between strategic and operational levels
    • connecting processes, data and system solutions
    • understanding system integrations and data flows between platforms
       
  • advantage experience with projects in the hospitality and/or SaaS sector, ideally with platforms:
    • Salesforce CRM
    • Conga CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
    • Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management)
    • Zuora
       
  • active knowledge of the English language in speech and writing (min. C1)
     
  • strong organizational, negotiation and analytical skills
  • proactive approach
  • ability to work independently as well as within a global team
