Project description

the project is focused on the design and implementation of a modern information system supporting the digitalization and automation of complex processes
- close cooperation with the customer
- map existing processes, design their optimization
- prepare functional specifications for the development team
responsibility for the analysis, modeling, and optimization of complex business processes and their transformation into functional specifications for the development team
an important part of the work will be process modeling, AS-IS analysis, and TO-BE solution design
tasks and responsibilities:
- analysis of customer business requirements
- leading workshops with stakeholders
- mapping and modeling business processes
- design of process optimization
- creation of AS-IS and TO-BE analyses
- preparation of functional specifications for the development team
- creation of user stories
- design of integration requirements
- cooperation with architects, developers, and testers
- preparation of analytical and technical documentation
- support for solution implementation during development
- work in an agile Scrum team

Project requirements

min. 5 years of project experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects
experience with:
- analysis of complex information systems
- design of AS-IS and TO-BE processes
- creation of functional specifications
- creation of user stories
- Jira and Confluence
- agile development (Scrum)
expert in the field of gathering and analyzing business requirements
advanced experience with process modeling in BPMN 2.0
advanced knowledge of UML
excellent communication and facilitation skills
experience in communicating with stakeholders
experience in creating analytical documentation
active knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
advantageous:
- knowledge of ITIL methodology
- experience with process tools (Signavio, Bizagi, Camunda, ARIS)
- experience from the banking or financial sector
- experience with digitization projects of public administration
- knowledge of administrative procedure legislation
- utilization of AI tools in analytical work
- experience in designing integrations and data models
strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills
open to new ideas and visions
ability to react and adapt flexibly to change
proactive approach
