Project description
- close cooperation with business representatives, external and internal teams in developing and improving innovative solutions within payment systems
- analysis of business needs and business design of IT solutions
- analysis of functional, non-functional and domain requirements in accordance with agreed standards and methodologies
- preparation of functional specifications and feasibility studies
- design of application components and interfaces in accordance with the proposed platform architecture
- preparation of documentation for the proposed solution
- design of improvements to components and architectural standards and initiation of changes in processes
- support of system operation by analyzing and resolving incidents and problems
- after initial ON-SITE (Bratislava) training, cooperation will be possible in an almost completely REMOTE mode - depending on the freelancer's preferences and project needs
Project requirements
- min. 4 years of experience in the field of business and/or IT analyst/consultant (ideally in banking and/or finance)
- experience with specifying and analyzing requirements for banking systems
- analytical skills and the ability to translate user needs into understandable functional and non-functional requirements
- ability to manage system analysis and identify dependencies with a constant focus on business requirements
- excellent communication skills - written and verbal (especially in English) and the ability to communicate at multiple levels within the company
- strong facilitation skills (ability to lead meetings, reach consensus and plan with participants)
- strong advantage would be experience with:
- processing card transactions
- XML, XSD and web services
- OpenAPI
- Data streaming
- strong organizational, negotiation and analytical skills
- open to new ideas and visions
- ability to react flexibly and adapt to change
- proactive approach
