Project description
- management of client accounts, including opening, closing, and changing client information, and maintaining data accuracy in systems including SAP
- ensuring connectivity setup that allows clients to enter instructions and receive reporting for their accounts
- providing signature verification services for companies within the group
- monitoring, verifying, and processing internal and external requests
- checking the correctness and completeness of requests, their subsequent processing, and coordination to successful completion
- collection, management, and archiving of client documentation
- regular cooperation with Governance Hub teams abroad
- regular reporting on project progress
- cooperation takes place in a hybrid mode, with at least 2 days per week in the offices in Prague
Project requirements
- experience with:
- administrative or process support of client services, back office, or similar operations
- working in an international environment and collaborating across teams
- experience with SAP
- advanced skills:
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- independent work and effective teamwork
- ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- communication in English
- advantageous:
- experience with account maintenance or archiving systems
- interest in capital markets
- German language at B2 level
