Project description
- development of a global SAP S/4HANA Customer Service solution used across the international organization
- independent design of functional solutions and leading Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders
- collaboration on global implementations and rollout projects in the SAP S/4HANA environment
- functional analysis of business requirements and leading Fit-to-Standard workshops
- configuration, testing, and change support in SAP CS
- collaboration on SAP CS integrations with SAP SD, SAP MM, Salesforce, and ServiceMax
- preparation of functional specifications and project documentation in English
- active participation in standardization and further development of the SAP S/4HANA environment
- mentoring junior colleagues and sharing expert know-how
- cooperation in a 40% onsite in Prague (2 days) and 60% remote model
Project requirements
- at least 8 years of commercial experience in SAP ERP implementations and support
- demonstrated experience with
- implementation and configuration of SAP Customer Service (SAP CS) module as a primary specialization
- leading business analyses, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and functional solution design
- at least one end-to-end implementation or significant SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA rollout
- support and development of the production SAP environment
- advanced knowledge of
- SAP Customer Service (SAP CS) including service processes (Service Orders, Service Notifications, Warranty, Installed Base, etc.)
- SAP S/4HANA and standard functionalities in the Customer Service area
- process dependencies between SAP CS, SAP SD, and SAP MM
- communication with the business on translating business requirements into functional design
- knowledge of
- English language at a level enabling daily work communication
- working in an international project environment
- creating functional documentation and test scenarios
- advantageous
- experience with SAP integration to Salesforce or ServiceMax
- experience from a global SAP Competence Center environment
- experience with mentoring or leading junior consultants
- experience from manufacturing, service, or utility environments
- experience with the latest SAP S/4HANA 2025 functionalities
