Project description
- responsibility for the operation and further development of the SAP Sales & Distribution area in a global SAP Competence Center
- design and implementation of change requests in Order-to-Cash processes and their optimization across the international organization
- cooperation with business teams in analyzing requirements and designing functional solutions in the SAP S/4HANA environment
- independent resolution of incidents, change requests, and enhancements in the production environment
- active communication with business stakeholders and providing functional consulting
- configuration of SAP SD and coordination of the implementation of designed changes
- cooperation with ABAP developers and other SAP functional teams
- preparation of functional documentation and test scenarios in English
- testing of new functionalities and support for their deployment into production
- active participation in the standardization and continuous development of the SAP environment
- cooperation in a 40% onsite mode in Prague (2 days) and 60% remote
Project requirements
- at least 5 years of commercial experience in SAP ERP
- proven experience with
- implementation or support of the SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) module
- resolving incidents, change requests, and developing the productive SAP environment (RUN)
- analyzing business requirements and designing functional solutions
- configuring SAP SD and supporting Order-to-Cash business processes
- communicating with business stakeholders in an international environment
- advanced knowledge of
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Order-to-Cash processes (Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Returns)
- SAP ECC6 or SAP S/4HANA
- process interdependencies between SAP SD and other modules (especially MM)
- knowledge of
- English at the level of daily work communication
- creating functional documentation and test scenarios
- working in an international project environment
- advantageous
- experience with the transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA
- experience from an internal SAP Competence Center
- experience from a manufacturing or distribution environment
- experience with global SAP environment support
- experience with other SAP modules (MM, CS)
