Project description
- collaboration in the design, creation, monitoring, maintenance, and management of cloud (AWS) IT architecture and CI/CD processes in the field of mass media
- automation of implementation and operational activities
- automation of Operations & Maintenance tasks:
-
automated building of releases and release management in environments (testing, pre-production, and production)
performance tuning
containerization
configuration
- responsibility for creation and setup of individual modules and standards in the area of cloud architecture
- providing technical support and mentoring to individual stakeholder teams
- close collaboration with other experts within various departments
- participation in the creation of documentation for infrastructure and implemented processes
- possible cooperation in almost full REMOTE, or combined REMOTE / ON-SITE (Bratislava) mode - depending on the candidate's personal preferences
Project requirements
- min. 5 years of experience as a cloud and/or DevOps and/or SRE specialist
- advanced experience with:
- microservices architecture and creation of automated mechanisms for integrating microservices applications (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Services - EKS)
- design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes based on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, IAM, VPC)
- implementation and configuration of CI/CD processes (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ...)
- automation, automated tools, and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, ELK stack, Salt-stack, Helm, ...)
- experience with:
- security policies in AWS environment
- SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, InfluxDB)
- monitoring (Zabbix, Telegraf, Grafana)
- active knowledge of Slovak and/or Czech language (written and spoken)
- advantageous experience with:
- projects in the field of mass media and/or video streaming
- virtualization (VM Ware, OpenStack)
- configuration and management of load balancers agile methodology of SW development (SCRUM, SAFe ...)
- project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence ...)
