Project description
- Development of a team collaboration product that connects team knowledge and AI, helping to translate discussions into decisions and concrete actions
- Solving the connection between team communication, projects, priorities, and the execution of work for a client in the field of technological product development
- Working in a small product team with responsibility for entire features across the web application, server, and integrations
- Delivering features from a brief assignment through design, implementation, and testing to deployment into production
- Creating interfaces for reviewing, approving, and handing over AI-generated proposals
- Integration of chat, calendar, identity, and enterprise systems, including data import and export
- Ensuring quality through automated tests, code reviews, and fixes based on pilot customer feedback
- Collaboration with product management on priorities, simplifying solutions, and refining feature scope
- External collaboration for 24 months with a scope of work negotiated monthly and billed based on hours worked
Project requirements
- Required Experience and Skills
- Experience in a similar senior full-stack role on a long-term developed product
- At least 5 years of full-stack development in TypeScript with experience in React, Node.js, Postgres, and REST/OpenAPI
- Practical experience with automated testing, CI, and regular code review
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, streaming responses, and tool calls into applications
- Daily use of AI coding agents and assistants and knowledge of their benefits and limitations
- Other Relevant Experience
- University education in a technical field
- Czech and English at a working level
- Ability to independently take a brief assignment and deliver functionality to production
- Advantageous
- Experience with a US company or product
- Experience with React Native or Go
- Knowledge of MCP and ACP agent protocols
- Experience with real-time collaboration and CRDTs
- Integration of enterprise identity, document, or ticket management systems
