Project description
- development of internal applications and introduction of GenAI and AI agents into the clinical research support area in a pharmaceutical company
- development of own development capabilities through Lighthouse projects, internal solutions for Veeva document migrations, and automation of archiving and decommissioning of systems
- design and full-stack development of applications using Python, React, and AWS, and setting development standards with GitHub Copilot
- setting forward deployed engineering standards using MCP, skills, instructions, RAG, and LLMs, for example Claude and Gemini
- direct collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to understand business problems and requirements
- translating requirements into solution designs and rapidly processing them into scalable applications and functionalities
- design and deployment of enterprise platforms and applications in a regulated environment
- creation of solutions enabling Veeva document migrations using own internal capacities
- development of internal tools for automation of archiving and decommissioning of systems
- leading technical implementations with an emphasis on measurable business value
- supporting the development of internal capabilities for independent application development and GenAI utilization
- collaboration on a 1-2 days onsite in Prague basis per month, remaining days remote
Project requirements
- extensive experience with:
- software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, or technical roles with direct customer interaction for a minimum of 8 years
- leading technical implementations and delivering solutions with demonstrable and measurable business value
- experience with:
- full stack development with Python and React
- developing applications on AWS
- practical use of GitHub Copilot in developing GenAI solutions
- LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and vector databases
- developing GenAI applications
- deploying large-scale enterprise applications in a regulated environment
- deploying AI solutions in an enterprise environment
- cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- advanced knowledge of:
- REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- knowledge of:
- programming in Java, Python, C#, or a similar programming language at an independent development level
- prompt engineering and integration patterns for model engagement
- advantage:
- Claude or AWS AI certification
