Project description
- collaboration on the development and scaling of the core platform for payments, compliance, and risk management
- design and implementation of full-stack solutions (backend and frontend)
- creation of intuitive user interfaces supported by robust infrastructure
- rapid prototyping, testing, and iterating on new product solutions and financial workflows
- collaboration with the product team, design, and founding team on feature design
- co-creating the way AI systems (agents) interact with finance
- defining, planning, and prioritizing technical projects and roadmaps
- documenting solutions and sharing knowledge within the team
- participation in architecture design and technology decisions
- work in a dynamic startup environment with a high degree of autonomy
- collaboration possible in a 100% REMOTE mode, primarily full-time (part-time by agreement), within the European time zone
- final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the progress of the selection process
Project requirements
- min. 3 years' demonstrable experience in software engineering, ideally in fintech or e-commerce
- strong full-stack skills (Ruby on Rails 70-80% + React 20-30%)
- experience with:
- user-oriented product development or fintech solutions
- development of applications using AI/ML (agents, scoring models, automation)
- independent project management and taking ownership of results
- abilities:
- independently manage projects and make technical decisions
- work in an unstructured and rapidly changing environment
- quickly learn new technologies and adapt
- think productively (UX, usability, user trust)
- effectively communicate (written and verbal) and collaborate in a small team
- active knowledge of English at a communicative level, both spoken and written (min. B2-C1)
- advantageous experience with:
- startup environment or fast-growing companies
- fintech infrastructure, payments, or compliance systems
- design of scalable architecture
- knowledge of modern AI/agent-based systems
- design of products with an emphasis on UX/UI
- product ownership from design to delivery
- great advantage:
- active knowledge of Russian at a communicative level, both spoken and written (min. B2-C1)
