Project description
- cooperation on the development of the back-end part of the assessment and e-learning platform for a foreign client
- development of Go applications for retail networks worldwide
- projects managed by agile Scrum and / or Kanban methodology
- cooperation on the basis of 2-week sprints in an international team of 5-6 members
- participation in code reviews with colleagues in order to constantly improve the quality of the code and coaching juniors / media
- possible cooperation on the development of front-end and / or back-end parts of systems, if interested
- cooperation in full OFF-SITE [home-office] mode
Project requirements
- min. 4-year project practice with procedural programming in Go -lang
- advanced knowledge of the Go language and its paradigms
- experience with
- agile development methodologies (Scrum and / or Kanban)
- Project Tracking systems (JIRA, Confluence, Redmine, Asana, ... )
- repository systems (GIT, Bitbucket, ...)
- active knowledge of English in words and writing
- big advantage: experience with DevOps
- advantage of experience with :
- development of cloud-based solutions (ideal AWS )
- using Terraform
- Docker and / or Kubernetes
- CI / CD tools
- The key and necessary skills of programmers for these projects are:
- strong analytical and algorithmic thinking - the ability to think about the correctness, structure and simplicity of code [ SOLID and KISS principles]
- strong intuition - the ability to correctly anticipate situations and make the best decisions based on available information
- simplicity of reasoning - the ability to understand that sometimes the best abstraction is no abstraction and the best library is the one you don't use
- think logically - behind the keyboard use more reason than fingers :)
