Project description
- hands-on collaboration on a global transformation program in the area of Data & Records Governance in an international environment within the insurance sector
- design and development of the Target Operating Model (TOM) from the initial analytical phase:
- processing existing documentation, processes, and stakeholder inputs and translating them into a cohesive current-state view
- identifying gaps, redundancies, dependencies, and open questions
- designing the future state, E2E processes, capabilities, roles and responsibilities, ownership, decision rights, and governance
- identifying opportunities for process standardization, consolidation, and centralization
- independent creation of concrete TOM artifacts and outputs - the role is focused on hands-on delivery, not program management
- facilitation of workshops and close collaboration with Business, Risk, Technology, and other stakeholders
- collaboration with technological workstreams and identification of impacts of process and TOM changes on systems, data, and integrations
- identification of implementation dependencies, risks, and open decisions, and ensuring the practical feasibility of the designed model
- preparation of high-quality documentation, decision papers, TOM artifacts, and management presentations
- collaboration in an almost fully REMOTE mode with ad-hoc onsite presence [Bratislava] or by agreement
- final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the progress of the selection process
Project requirements
- hands-on experience with the design and development of the Target Operating Model (TOM) - including personal creation of TOM outputs, not just managing a transformation program or team
- ability to quickly process large amounts of complex and unstructured information, create structure within it, and translate it into concrete outputs
- experience with:
- areas such as current/future state, process architecture, capability mapping, roles & responsibilities, governance, decision rights, and implementation planning
- business transformation, operating model, or process transformation in a complex corporate environment
- stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- sufficient technological understanding to collaborate with IT/Technology teams and identify impacts on systems, data, and integrations
- ability to work independently, hands-on, and with minimal supervision
- excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- active knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (min. B2-C1)
- advantageous experience with:
- the field of insurance, banking, or another regulated environment
- working in an international and matrix-managed organization
- executive-level reporting and decision support
- strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- proactive, responsible, and results-oriented approach
- ability to work independently as well as within a global team
