Project description

Design, development, and architectural oversight of our own e-commerce ecosystem and internal business systems controlling logistics, pricing, CRM, and the order process
Hands-on leadership and technical mentoring of a small development team (1+3 developers), prioritizing development, and close collaboration with management on the development of key processes using Python and Salesforce
Translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, finding the root causes of system problems, opposing business requirements, and actively advancing the entire ecosystem
Overseeing integrations between CRM, warehouse management, internal tools, and ERP in close cooperation with the internal team and external suppliers
Work is performed in a hybrid mode with a prevalence of onsite (4 days onsite during the adaptation period, typically 3-4 days onsite and 1-2 days remote) at offices in Prague

Project requirements

Advanced experience with:
- At least 5 years of experience with backend development and integrations in Python
- At least 2 years of experience leading a small IT/development team and technical oversight of projects (hands-on approach)
Experience with:
- Integration and understanding of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Connecting complex system dependencies in B2B and B2C e-commerce environments (CRM, warehouse, orders, reporting)
- Communicating with developers and top management, including the ability to provide reasonable business opposition
Advanced knowledge of:
- Internal software architecture design and system integrations
Advantage:
- Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems
- Experience with process automation in an e-commerce environment
