Project description
- cooperation on a project of application development and optimization in the banking sector with a focus on technical analysis and support for the implementation of new functionalities
- analysis and optimization of technical requirements and processes to ensure their compliance with business needs
- working in a complex application environment with an emphasis on the quality, performance, and user-friendliness of the proposed solutions
- close cooperation with developers, UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders in the design and implementation of changes
- bridging business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring clear understanding of requirements across involved teams
- support for the implementation of new functionalities from the analysis and specification phase to their realization
- emphasis on the quality of technical solutions, process efficiency, and the use of modern analytical methods and best practices
- main responsibilities:
- gathering, analysis, and structuring of technical and functional requirements
- analysis of existing application processes and identification of optimization opportunities
- transformation of business needs into feasible technical requirements and specifications
- creation of functional and technical documentation for development and product teams
- data analysis and utilization of data sources in the design and optimization of solutions
- support for the design and implementation of new application functionalities
- cooperation with development and UX in designing technically feasible and user-friendly solutions
- communication and coordination with stakeholders in clarifying requirements and solving complex problems
- quality control, performance, and suitability of proposed technical solutions
- identification of technical risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities
- application of modern analytical methods and best practices within the entire delivery process

- cooperation only on a full-time basis possible in a predominantly REMOTE mode (preferably onsite 1-2 days per week in Vienna, or by further agreement with the client)
- final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the selection process
Project requirements
- min. 4 years of project experience in the position of IT Analyst, ICT Analyst, Technical Analyst, System Analyst, IT Business Analyst or equivalent
- advanced experience with:
- data analysis
- analysis of technical and functional requirements
- experience with:
- analysis and optimization of application and technical processes
- transformation of business requirements into technical specifications
- creation of functional and technical specifications
- creation and management of software / analytical documentation
- support of the implementation of new functionalities in cooperation with development teams
- cooperation with developers, UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders
- assessment and improvement of quality and performance of technical solutions
- ability to:
- understand complex technical problems, analyze them and propose feasible solutions
- bridge the business and technical perspective and effectively communicate requirements between individual stakeholders
- interest in modern technologies, analytical tools, and continuous learning
- active knowledge of English language, both spoken and written (min. B2-C1)
- ability to communicate professionally with management, managers, and experts in individual areas
- advantageous: knowledge of German language
- analytical and critical thinking
