Project description
- Design and implementation of new and existing solutions in the area of retail lending and banking
- A team composed of architects, developers, and testers addressing complex architecture, data flows, and integrations using technologies REST API, Kafka, SQL, JSON, and XML
- Analysis of business and system requirements and creation of functional and system specifications
- Design of integration interfaces, data models, data mapping, and asynchronous communication
- Modeling of systems in Enterprise Architect including specification of requirements for logging, monitoring, and behavior in error states
- Support of the entire development, testing, and deployment lifecycle with active communication towards business and IT
- Collaboration takes place in a minimum of 60% onsite (Prague) and 40% remote
Project requirements
- Advanced experience with:
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst on large-scale information systems
- Creating functional and system specifications
- Modeling in Enterprise Architect and creating UML models
- Experience with:
- Designing integration interfaces and REST APIs
- Designing and mapping data structures
- Asynchronous integration communication and messaging platforms like Kafka
- Independent management and taking responsibility for the analytical part of the delivery
- Communication with business and IT representatives
- Advantageous:
- Knowledge of Consumer Finance, retail lending, or banking
- Knowledge of BPMN and design of process solutions
- Experience with the Salesforce platform
- Knowledge of SQL
- Working in an agile environment
- Experience with authentication, authorization, or identity management
- Knowledge of AML, antifraud, or onboarding processes
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and operational diagnostics
