IT Analyst (Senior Solution Designer - Smart Cities Platform)

In accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the “GDPR”),

the candidate:

the controller, TITANS freelancers, s.r.o., with its registered office at Pribinova 40, 811 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 47 047 224, registered in the Business Register of District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, File No.: 89105/B,

free and voluntary consent to the processing of my personal data

contained in the registration/response form, CV and the attached attachments, mainly first name, surname, place of residence, date of birth, e-mail address, phone number, education, qualification, professional experience, job title, language skills, other skills, photograph of the face or of the whole figure, and other personal data provided in the course of personal interview or cooperation (e.g. personal characteristics, career expectations),

for the purpose of inclusion in the records/database of specialists with the possibility of offering cooperation on the projects of the controller’s clients.

Based on this consent, the controller may provide the data subject’s personal data to its clients who wish to pursue a project and are looking for a specialist in the relevant area for which the data subject is qualified. Data will only be provided to a client if the data subject wishes to provide services on a specific project, and the data subject will be informed about such provision in advance by the controller.

I understand that my personal data will be processed by the controller until I withdraw my consent in a documented manner. Subsequently, my data will be destroyed, except for data that will be kept by the controller for the purpose of documenting the withdrawal of my consent and for the purpose of proceedings before the competent supervisory authority for the protection of personal data, or a court.

I may withdraw my consent at any time by delivering a withdrawal notice by e-mail to titans@titans.sk or in writing or in person at the address of the registered office of the controller or its processor (if applicable). Based on the delivered withdrawal of consent and after proper identification of me as the data subject, the controller will end the processing of my personal data, while their previous processing with a valid consent will continue to be considered legal and compliant with the GDPR.
