Project description

collaboration on a project for the delivery of software solutions in a complex international banking environment
- environment with active interest in using AI & LLM technologies in digital banking services
focus on the digital banking ecosystem and its development initiatives
operating within an extensive enterprise IT architecture with numerous interconnected systems, integration links, and distributed teams
collaboration with business and technical stakeholders across multiple countries and organizational units
emphasis on increasing the quality of solution design, clarity of requirements, and effective coordination between teams
support for improving delivery processes and strengthening common understanding of solutions
main responsibilities:
- gathering, analyzing, and structuring business and technical requirements
- facilitating workshops, analytical discussions, and stakeholder alignment
- transforming requirements into clear, consistent, and implementable user stories
- supporting solution design, including collaboration with UX/UI design and architecture
- analysis of backend processes, integration scenarios, and data flows between systems
- design and specification of API interfaces and integration contracts (REST/JSON)
- creation of functional and technical analytical documentation for delivery teams
- preparation of artifacts for Behaviour-Driven Development and support for solution testability
- management, updating, and versioning of analytical materials in collaborative tools
- coordination of communication between business, development, testing, and design
- identification of risks, dependencies, and integration complexities in a complex environment

final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the selection process

Project requirements

min. 5 years of project experience as an IT analyst or business analyst, ideally on projects in the banking and/or financial sector
advanced experience in API design and interface analysis
- practical knowledge of REST API, HTTP, JSON
experience with:
- AI / LLM technologies
- Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD)
- JIRA and Confluence tools
- working in an Agile/Scrum environment
knowledge of:
- AI solution orchestration or agent architectures
- Chrome DevTools for interface analysis
- SDLC and modern delivery models
active knowledge of English both spoken and written (min. B2-C1)
ability to communicate professionally with management, managers, and experts in individual areas
analytical and critical thinking
