Project description
- a strategic transformational project for digitalization and streamlining of processes for preparation, implementation, and handover of investment events, which includes extensive interconnection of a new construction management system with internal and external applications
- scope of responsibility for comprehensive management of the integration stream, including dependency management, coordination of architects, internal IT teams, system owners, and vendors across business and IT
- working with technologies and system domains such as API integration, middleware, SAP, GIS, DMS, ERP, or EAM
- management of the integration stream within the project
- coordination of the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of approximately 25 system integrations, related modifications of involved systems, and data migration
- planning of integration activities, related modifications of integrated systems, and management of their schedule
- coordination of integrated system owners, internal IT teams, architects, and vendors
- management of dependencies between individual integrations and other project activities
- identification, evaluation, and management of risks related to integrations and modifications of integrated systems
- organization and facilitation of working workshops focused on integration solutions
- coordination of the design of integration interfaces, data flows, and modifications of affected systems
- oversight of the preparation of integration documentation and updates of affected system documentation
- cooperation in integration testing and support of user acceptance testing
- preparation of materials for decision-making by project management and the steering committee, including status reporting and escalation management
- operating in a 60% onsite / 40% remote mode
Project requirements
- advanced experience with:
- at least 5 years of experience in IT project management or significant project streams
- large-scale systems integration management
- coordination of multiple vendors and internal teams
- deployment of IT solutions
- advanced knowledge of:
- integration architecture, system dependencies, and data flows
- project management, schedule management, critical path, risk and escalation management
- stakeholder management and communication with business and technical stakeholders
- advantageous:
- experience with API integration, middleware, or integration platforms
- experience with SAP, GIS, DMS, CDE, ERP, or EAM systems
- experience in the utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors
