Project description
- execution of end-to-end implementation and assessment of the DORA regulation focused on achieving full regulatory compliance and increasing digital operational resilience
- solving the transformation of IT risk management processes, overcoming gaps between the current and target state, and setting up corrective actions
- utilization of methodologies for ICT Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, IT audit and regulatory compliance
- conducting GAP analysis and identifying specific shortcomings and risks across the organization
- analysis and evaluation of existing documentation, records, and fulfillment of regulatory requirements
- conducting interviews and workshops with key stakeholders
- compilation of a prioritized roadmap for the implementation of corrective actions
- assessment of contractual relationships with ICT suppliers and updating the register of information
- review and setup of processes for Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and incident management
- consideration of requirements for security testing and TLPT
- the mode of cooperation is a combination of onsite and remote, with the exact ratio to be evaluated based on the initial analysis - Prague
Project requirements
- advanced experience with:
- at least 5 years of experience with ICT Risk Management, IT audit or regulatory compliance
- at least 2 years of experience with DORA and conducting GAP analysis or end-to-end assessments
- experience with:
- Third Party Risk Management and maintaining register of information
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- advanced knowledge of:
- methodologies for creating corrective actions, preparing remediation plans and prioritized roadmaps
- knowledge of:
- processes for incident management and reporting
- concepts of security testing and TLPT
- advantageous:
- certifications in IT security, risk or audit (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP)
