Project description
- technical support and administration of the Snow Software application layer (ITAM)
- regular environment Healthcheck and identification of technical problems
- installation, configuration, and updating of Snow Software components
- creation and management of installation packages for Snow agents
- localization and system modification, including Slovak translation of new versions
- monitoring of application operation and log files
- analysis of incidents, problems, and proposal of preventive measures
- implementation of operational interventions to ensure system stability
- support for Gateway components and user account management according to organizational requirements
- optimization of system operation and proposal of technical improvements
- resolution of non-standard situations and system downtimes
- creation and updating of technical documentation
- cooperation takes place in a part-time mode of approx. 30-40%
Project requirements
- min. 5 years of project experience in the area of ITAM solutions
- analytical skills and the ability to translate user needs into understandable functional and non-functional requirements
- experience with:
- Snow Software, Flexera or equivalent ITAM solution (min. 3 years)
- technical support of the Snow Software or Flexera application layer
- management and administration of ITAM environments
- creation of agent installation packages
- Healthcheck and monitoring of application systems
- log analysis and incident resolution
- updates and upgrades of application components
- operational support of production systems
- user management and system configuration
- creation of technical documentation
- at least 2 practical experiences with technical support of the Snow Software or Flexera environment including application layer prophylaxis
- adequate certifications in the field (Certified Snow Administrator (CSA-070) or Flexera Certified IT Asset Management Administrator or equivalent certification)
- advantageous experience with:
- IT Asset Management processes
- monitoring tools
- management of enterprise information systems
- public administration environment
