Project description
- development and maintenance of backend solutions in Java technology for the area of digital corporate banking
- design, development, and integration of REST API and related integration services
- development and implementation of microservices using Spring Boot / Spring Framework
- design and implementation of secure, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions
- working with relational databases Oracle DB / PostgreSQL
- deployment and operation of applications in Kubernetes / OpenShift environment
- utilization of CI/CD, automated testing, and application monitoring
- collaboration with developers, analysts, and architects in an agile team
- active participation in technical design and decision-making throughout the entire development cycle
- tech stack / environment: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Jakarta EE, REST API, Microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, OpenAPI/Swagger, Cloud-Native Architecture, Agile
- collaboration is possible only on a full-time basis in a hybrid mode ONSITE min. 2 days a week (Košice) + REMOTE (or based on agreement with the client)
- final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the course of the selection process
Project requirements
- min. 5-year active experience in Java development
- advanced experience with:
- Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework
- design, development, and integration of REST API
- microservice architecture
- Jakarta EE
- OpenAPI / Swagger
- Kubernetes / OpenShift
- Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, SQL
- CI/CD and automated testing
- Secure Coding, Clean Code and design of scalable solutions
- ability to independently design and implement backend services and APIs
- experience in agile development environment
- active knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- advantageous experience with:
- projects in the field of banking / financial services
- cloud-native architecture and observability
- excellent communication skills
- team player
- self-reliance

- analytical thinking
