  • managing a global platform for customer engagement
  • understanding the key areas of the platform:
    • customer data management
    • campaign management
    • omnichannel communication
    • reports
    • analytics
    • next
  • working with Salesforce marketing cloud , setting up and implementing marketing campaigns
  • communicating with stakeholders, preparing clear requirements and maintaining the product backlog
  • application of agile methodologies, coordination with international teams
  • cooperation on risk assessment and project scope definition
  • active communication with sales departments and central team
  • managing one's own work and coordinating the work of other team members
  • co-responsibility for prioritizing work in the development process
  • cooperation in improving the team
  • cooperation in an agile ( SCRUM ) team
  • cooperation possible in a combined ON-SITE (Bratislava & Barcelona) / OFF-SITE setup - depending on the needs of the project and the agreement with the customer

Project requirements

  • at least 5 years of experience in the position of Lead Product Owner
  • deep understanding of customer engagement processes
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • experience in organizing and documenting customer workshops
  • practice with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum )
  • experience with project management tools ( JIRA, Azure DevOps )
  • Knowledge of Sprinklr and PowerBI
  • basic overview in the field of digital technologies and web analytics
  • strong communication, organizational and presentation skills (in English)
  • advantage:
    • experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • experience in the insurance industry
    • knowledge of other languages (Spanish, German)
