Project description
- responsibility for the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and adoption of SAP Cloud ALM for SAP S/4HANA and the broader SAP landscape
- design of the Cloud ALM roadmap, governance, and operating model in accordance with SAP Activate and SDLC/ITSM
- setup and configuration of Cloud ALM tenants, scopes, roles, authorizations, and integrations
- design and rollout of SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation – Requirements, Project/Task, Test, Deployment, and Change/Transport Management
- design and rollout of SAP Cloud ALM for Operations – Integration & Exception, Business Process, Job/Health/Real User Monitoring, Alerting, and Automation
- integration with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, and SAP transport processes CTS/gCTS
- setting up KPIs, dashboards, and reporting and support for continuous improvement
- support for the transition from SAP Solution Manager to Cloud ALM, including process/data handover
- leading workshops, stakeholder management, training, and solution adoption
- ensuring requirements for security, compliance, and data protection
- collaboration possible on a min. 50% part-time up to full-time in an almost complete REMOTE mode with occasional onsite [Budapest, Hungary] approximately once a month
- final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the selection process outcome
Project requirements
- min. 7 years of experience with SAP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
- min. 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM in a senior/lead position
- practical experience with both the implementation and Operations part of SAP Cloud ALM
- experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA (Cloud and/or on-premise) and very good knowledge of SAP Activate
- integration of Cloud ALM with CI/CD, DevOps, and ITSM tools – Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or ServiceNow
- design of ALM governance, operating model, KPIs, and dashboards
- knowledge of:
- SAP transport processes CTS/gCTS
- SAP Solution Manager, ideally experience with the transition to Cloud ALM
- SAP BTP and other SAP cloud solutions
- ability to lead workshops and communicate with project, business, DevOps, and Operations teams
- strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- active knowledge of English at a communicative level, both spoken and written (min. B2-C1)
- advantage:
- experience with complex international SAP S/4HANA programs
- experience with migration from Solution Manager to Cloud ALM
- relevant SAP certification
