Project description
- cooperation in the design, creation, monitoring and support of multiserver systems focused on video content and streaming
- automation of implementation and operational activities
- Operations & Maintenance task automation:
- automated release building and release management on environments (test, pre-production and production)
- performance tuning
- containerization
- configuration
- participation in cloud infrastructure and repository management (Git)
- cooperation possible in combined OFF-SITE [home-office] and ON-SITE [Bratislava] mode
Project requirements
- min. 3 years of experience as a Linux administrator and / or DevOps and / or SRE specialist
- interested in working with DevOps (ideally also experience)
- advanced experience with:
- design, creation, operation, monitoring and support of multiserver systems
- creation of automation mechanisms for integration of microservice applications ( Docker and Kubernetes )
- scripting ( sh, Bash, Zsh )
- Unix operating systems ( Debian / Ubuntu and / or Red Hat / CentOS )
- experience with:
- Ansible platform
- SQL databases ( MySQL , PostgreSQL )
- noSQL databases ( Redis , MongoDB, InfluxDB )
- ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats & Logstash)
- repository management ( Git )
- monitoring ( Zabbix, Telegraf, Grafana )
- provisioning and automation of systems creation ( Ansible )
- virtualization ( VM Ware, OpenStack )
- with load balancer configuration and management
- knowledge in the field:
- cloud infrastructure and services ( AWS and / or Azure and / or GCP )
- elastic and server-less infrastructure
- auto-scaling -u
- lambda services
- conversational knowledge of English (verbal and written)
- analytical thinking
- problem-solving orientation
- communicativeness
