Project description
- design and implementation of integrated marketing and communication strategies for one main account and support for 2-3 other client accounts
- creation and implementation of individual client relationship development plans
- defining marketing goals and account strategy in line with business priorities and growth plans
- collaboration with account teams to identify client needs and prepare tailor-made marketing solutions
- developing knowledge about clients and the Financial Services industry, including Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets
- preparation and management of marketing programs focused on client experience, including engagement journeys, content adaptation, and event organization
- utilizing LinkedIn and other communication channels to build client relationships and support business opportunities
- collaboration on marketing activities supporting the acquisition of new orders and business opportunities
- leading strategic discussions with account leadership, account teams, and local industry leadership
- coordination of marketing activities with Marketing & Communications (M+C) teams and CRM Leads
- working with tools SynOps for M+C, M+C Plan, MMS, Monday, Writer, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- tracking and evaluating the performance of marketing activities based on agreed KPIs and other indicators
- optimizing campaigns and marketing plans based on data, feedback, and achieved results
- managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and required quality
Project requirements
- min. 5 years of project experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment or in the professional services sector
- knowledge of the business environment and business priorities or previous experience in the Financial Services sector
- ability to understand client needs and translate them into concrete marketing plans
- good written and oral communication skills, including presenting proposals and arguing at various organizational levels
- ability to collaborate with account teams, marketing teams, and company management
- analytical approach to marketing and ability to evaluate activity performance based on data
- university education or equivalent qualification
- experience with:
- creation and implementation of marketing and communication strategies
- campaign management, preparation of marketing outputs, and evaluation of results
- utilizing various marketing channels, including social media, email, and direct mail
- project management of multiple activities in a deadline-driven environment
- communication and coordination of stakeholders in a large or matrixed organization
- preparation of presentations and reports
- advantageous experience with:
- account-based marketing (ABM)
- marketing in the professional services or financial sector
- pursuit or deal-based marketing
- Salesforce platform or similar CRM system, including client interaction management, reporting, and campaign setup
- Eloqua tool or similar email marketing platform
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) at a communication level (min. C1)
- autonomy and creative thinking
