Project description

  • design and ownership of the target architecture of the MarTech ecosystem (CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytical and integration tools)
  • translation of marketing and business requirements into technical architecture, data flows and integration scenarios
  • leading the selection, evaluation and implementation of MarTech platforms, including migrations and transitions between tools
  • defining and managing:
    • data flows for campaign orchestration
    • tagging and tracking frameworks
    • integration interfaces and API strategies
  • ensuring interoperability, scalability and sustainability of solutions
  • collaboration with marketing, IT, data teams and external partners
  • architectural oversight of implementation and ensuring compliance with best practices
  • collaboration in an international distributed team
     
  • collaboration possible in 100% REMOTE mode
  • final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the course of the selection process

Project requirements

  • min. 5-year demonstrable project experience in the field of MarTech / Marketing Technology / Solution Architecture
  • demonstrable experience with the design and implementation of complex MarTech ecosystems
  • experience with the selection, implementation or migration of:
    • CRM systems
    • CDP platforms
    • marketing automation tools
  • strong understanding of:
    • data architectures
    • integration patterns (API, event-based, batch)
    • campaign orchestration across channels
  • advanced experience with:
    • designing data flows and identity management
    • tagging, tracking and analytical frameworks
    • interoperability of tools in the MarTech stack
    • working in an enterprise or complex environment
  • advanced ability to:
    • design vendor-agnostic solutions and minimize vendor lock-in
    • translate business needs into technical solutions
    • defend architectural decisions and lead professional discussions
  • excellent communication skills - technical and non-technical stakeholders
     
  • advantage: experience with:
    • enterprise CRM/CDP platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, SAP)
    • data analytics, personalization and customer segmentation
    • Lead / Principal Architect or Technical Lead role
       
  • active knowledge of English (written and spoken)
     
  • proactive, systematic and strategic way of thinking
