Project description

  • the current phase of the project is focused primarily on completing integrations, security, stability, monitoring, automated testing, and preparing the platform for scaling to a larger number of partners
  • the project combines a modern .NET backend, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and a hybrid integration architecture with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and scalability
  • the project is focused on developing and further expanding an integration platform for the healthcare segment, which securely connects external digital services with outpatient information systems
  • external services include, for example:
    • patient appointment booking
    • digital reception
    • communication
    • administrative services
    • other partner healthcare solutions
  • the platform functions as a hybrid solution
  • the cloud part is operated in the Microsoft Azure environment, while the integration service remains on-premises within the customer's infrastructure
  • the environments are connected by a secure communication layer (basic components and integration flows already exist)
  • scope of work:
    • Backend & Cloud Development
      • design and implementation of backend services in C# and .NET
      • development of cloud services in Microsoft Azure
      • development and expansion of ASP.NET Core applications
      • implementation of production-ready and scalable solutions
      • optimization of existing components

      • development of the integration architecture between Azure and on-premises systems
      • design and implementation of REST API
      • design of API contracts
      • development of integration plugins
      • implementation of asynchronous communication
      • working with FHIR healthcare data standards

Project requirements

  • min. 4 years of experience with development in C# / .NET
  • very good knowledge of ASP.NET Core
  • experience with:
    • design and implementation of backend services
    • REST API and system integrations
    • relational databases and SQL
    • Entity Framework Core
    • Docker
    • authentication and authorization
  • practical experience with Microsoft Azure
  • good understanding of distributed or microservice systems
  • knowledge of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect / JWT
  • ability to analyze complex production issues
  • experience with automated testing
  • experience with code review and code quality
     
  • active knowledge of English language at a professional level (min. B2-C1)
