Project description
- Collaboration in a team ensuring the operation and development of External Links services (BAU) and building Standard Secure Access Build solutions in a global environment
- Working on infrastructure services that ensure secure, stable, and scalable connectivity between systems and external partners
- Support and administration of components using standard protocols HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS
- Scripting and automation of routine tasks using Python
- Application of network and security principles at the CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) level
- Management and configuration of Linux servers and network devices
- Support for solutions and development of technologies in the areas of DNS and Firewall, including Next Generation Firewall
- Working in accordance with the ITIL methodology, with an emphasis on process orientation and quality documentation
- Collaboration with an international team and daily use of English in written and spoken form
- Cooperation mode: remote / sometimes onsite required as needed, location: Prague
Project requirements
- Advanced experience with:
- DNS and network service configuration in large environments
- Firewall technologies (e.g., Next Generation Firewall, rules, NAT, VPN)
- Scripting and automation using Python
- Administration and management of Linux systems
- Implementation of network and security solutions at the CCNP or equivalent level
- Experience with:
- Standard protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS) and their implementation in an enterprise environment
- Configuration and troubleshooting of TCP/IP
- Working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining the quality of outputs
- Process-oriented approach according to ITIL
- Independent and team work within international projects
- Advanced knowledge of:
- English language, especially for technical communication – spoken and written
- Knowledge of:
- Principles of work organization in a global IT environment
- Methodologies for the delivery of network and security services
- Advantage:
- Valid CCNP or other relevant certification
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting network infrastructure
- Familiarity with other scripting or automation tools (e.g., Bash, Ansible)
