Project description
- provision of sourcing and procurement services in the field of information technology for customers in the EMEA region
- support of procurement processes in order to improve the quality of goods and services provided to customers
- supplier management
- responsibility for contracts within supported categories and commodities (e.g. software, licenses, IT services, outsourced services such as SaaS)
- ensuring the management and support of business negotiations for assigned business cases
- responsibility for the process of concluding contracts, performing legal assessments and due diligence
- responsibility for the complex RFx process and support of internal customers
- responsibility for checking and approving orders in internal systems
- cooperation with the regional manager in developing a demand forecast for a specific category of goods or services
- enforcement of required standards for group procurement
- knowledge of the English language at a communication level (verbal and written)
Project requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in procurement of information technology and data in a global organization with multi-million dollar contracts
- experience in preparing contracts for software/SaaS/IT services
- practical experience with the implementation of multi-million RFx
- good knowledge of software/SaaS/IT service provider environment
- experience with personal data processing and GDPR clauses
- experience in business and contract negotiation with global suppliers
- strong negotiation skills
- good knowledge of major IT players, key market trends, commercial drivers and cost levers
- excellent business partner management skills and the ability to build, maintain and develop business relationships
- knowledge in creating reports in Excel, MS PowerPoint and Power BI
- active knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written)
