Project description
- management and operational development of the AI & Data Hub platform for an international industrial company
- collaboration within the AI & Data Enablement team as an operational partner for the Head of Platform and a counterpart for the Platform Tech Lead, utilizing Agile and DevOps methodologies
- management and prioritization of the platform's Feature-level backlog and translation of requirements from Stream Leads and Epic Owners into actionable items
- coordination of dependencies, delivery risks, change management, release processes, and handover of deliverables
- support for the adoption of platform services, clarification of service offerings, and maintenance of documentation standards
- collaboration format of at least 2 days per week onsite in Prague, remaining days remote
Project requirements
- advanced experience with:
- at least 5 years of experience in the Delivery Manager role
- backlog management, prioritization, and operational delivery management in an IT environment
- stakeholder management at the level of Stream Leads and Epic Owners
- experience with:
- coordination of dependencies, delivery risks, release, and handover processes
- experience from a data platform or AI environment
- operating in an Agile and DevOps environment
- advanced knowledge:
- English language for daily professional communication
- knowledge:
- technical concepts for representing simpler platform topics
- advantage:
- knowledge of the Czech language
