Project description
- design and implementation of the Power BI reporting layer for the Business Intelligence Platform
- development and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards
- design of semantic / tabular models for effective analytics
- implementation of DAX calculations and optimization of report performance
- design of the report user interface, including KPI definitions, layout, and navigation logic
- implementation of drill-down and analytical reports for business users
- design and implementation of access rights and report security model
- collaboration on the implementation of Power BI gateway connectivity between the on-premise environment and Power BI Cloud
- testing, validation, and deployment of reporting solutions into production
- support for the development and functional extensions of the BI solution
Project requirements
- min. 10+ years of practical experience with Oracle databases in implementing data warehouse / data mart / business intelligence solutions (ETL, PL/SQL, SQL, optimization).
- min. 10+ years of project experience involving implementation or development of data warehouse / data mart / business intelligence solutions in the banking or financial sector.
- advanced experience with:
- Microsoft Power BI
- Power BI Cloud
- DAX
- Power BI Semantic / Tabular Models
- Oracle Database
- Oracle Data Warehouse
- SQL
- PL/SQL
- Power BI Gateway
- advantageous: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate and/or Azure Fundamentals certification
- strong analytical and systematic thinking
- experience with complex data ecosystems
- good communication skills in collaboration with various teams
