Project description
- Process Engineer with a focus on Blue Prism RPA - you will be responsible for:
- documenting processes and creating a PDD (Process Definition Document)
- cooperation with business units to identify opportunities for automation
- conducting workshops to collect and modify process requirements
- development of functional specifications for the RPA development team
- close cooperation with the RPA team on the implementation of automation solutions on the Blue Prism platform
- ensuring compliance of automated workflows with business needs
- troubleshooting and testing automated processes
- the environment of an established company with experienced developers, solving problems together in a team
- cooperation can take place in a combined ON-SITE (once every two weeks Bratislava) and REMOTE
- onboarding period ON-SITE (Bratislava) 2 days a week
Project requirements
- min. 4-year project experience with automation solutions in Blue Prism with an emphasis on the development of complex RPA solutions
- knowledge:
- Blue Prism
- Process Studio & Object Studio (creating processes and objects)
- Control Room (monitoring and control of executed automated processes)
- Work Queues (task management and prioritization, configuration and use)
- Exception Handling (design reliable exception handling, error management and resolution)
- documentation and process design, PDD (Process Definition Document) tools
- Microsoft Word/Excel (PDD documentation, including process maps, business rules and other key details)
- Microsoft Visio (creating detailed process maps and diagrams that visually represent business processes for automation)
- SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) (custom reports related to process performance or audit trails)
- Blue Prism
- experience with:
- GIT
- JIRA
- testing and troubleshooting
- embedded testing in Blue Prism
- End-to-End testing
- role-based access control ( RBAC )
- implementing and managing RBAC within Blue Prism
- Audit Logs
- configure and interpret audit logs within Blue Prism
- Blue Prism dashboards
- advantage of experience with:
- by programming/scripting ( C# / .NET , VBScript)
- SQL, SQL Server (data integration and management)
- active knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written)
- strong analytical thinking
- the ability to quickly navigate the issue and adapt to the team
- proactive approach to work
