Project description

  • responsibility for the product from problem identification, discovery and validation to production deployment and measuring business impact
  • collaboration with business stakeholders, designers, developers and AI agents in the design and implementation of solutions
  • defining product vision, priorities, and roadmap
  • creating prototypes and validating solutions before actual implementation
  • managing delivery with an emphasis on rapid iteration, quality, and delivering real value to users
  • facilitating decisions between business and technical teams, including technical trade-offs
  • utilizing AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, delivery, and product decision-making
  • continuous evaluation of product success based on data, experiments, and user feedback
     
  • collaboration possible in REMOTE mode or in a combined REMOTE / ON-SITE mode (Bratislava) according to the freelancer's preferences (during onboarding, ON-SITE work is expected by mutual agreement)

Project requirements

  • min. 4 years of experience in digital product development as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Lead or Product Builder
     
  • experience with:
    • end-to-end ownership of a digital product from discovery to production
    • creating prototypes (AI-first) and iterative product development
    • leading cross-functional teams without the need for formal authority
    • utilizing AI tools (LLMs, AI coding assistants, AI workflows) in daily work
    • product analytics, experimentation, and hypothesis validation
       
  • conversational knowledge of English (written and spoken, min. B2)
     
  • ability to connect business requirements, user needs, and technical solutions
  • technical understanding of modern software development (APIs, integrations, architecture, data flows)
  • ability to prioritize activities with the highest business value
  • excellent analytical and communication skills
