Project description
- end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of multiple telecommunications and digital products
- maintenance and optimization of existing solutions, definition of product strategies, continuous product improvement, and driving innovation
- creation, prioritization, and execution of a product roadmap
- comprehensive management of the life cycle of assigned products (ideation, business case, development, go-to-market, continuous optimization up to potential phase-out).
- creation and prioritization of tasks, stories, epics, and themes with the aim of ensuring maximum team efficiency and meeting business owner expectations
- close cooperation with the development and marketing team
- analysis of the market, trends, competition, customer behavior, and KPI metrics (churn, ARPU, NPS, conversions)
- responsibility for the financial and performance aspects of products, monitoring costs and revenues.
- possible long-term cooperation in an agile (SCRUM) team
- possible cooperation in a combined ON-SITE (Bratislava) and REMOTE mode (approx. 50:50) - depending on the candidate's personal preferences and project needs
Project requirements
- min. 3 years of project experience in the role of Product Owner/Product Manager and/or a similar business-IT role (ideally in telecommunications)
- theoretical knowledge and practical experience with agile culture, management styles, and methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe, Lean, Kanban, ...)
- ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value and vice versa
- experience with:
- creation, prioritization, and execution of a product roadmap
- comprehensive management of the life cycle of assigned products (ideation, business case, development, go-to-market, continuous optimization up to potential phase-out).
- creation and prioritization of tasks, stories, epics, and themes
- analysis of the market, trends, competition, customer behavior, and KPI metrics (churn, ARPU, NPS, conversions)
- project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- monitoring costs and revenues
- digitalization of products using AI
- excellent communication skills - written and oral and the ability to communicate at multiple levels within the company
- strong facilitation skills (to be able to lead meetings, make decisions consensually and plan during them)
- fluent knowledge of Slovak and/or Czech and English (spoken and written)
- experience with digitalization and/or telecommunications projects is a great advantage

- attention to detail and orientation towards continuous process improvement
