Project description
- responsibility for:
- monitoring trends, building and developing a portfolio of cybersecurity services
- building and managing a product team
- proposal of specific technical solutions for prevention and protection against cyberattacks for new projects
- continuously increasing the level of cybersecurity within existing projects
- participation in determining the strategy and goals of the company in the field of cybersecurity services portfolio
- close cooperation with the sales department, analysts, IT developers, solution suppliers and customers
- mapping of competing products and activities (in cooperation with the marketing department)
- providing continuous education and coaching of product team members
- cooperation in the creation of security documentation and technical documents for business offers
- participation in the creation of a business plan
- security threat modeling in collaboration with security analysts and solution architects
- ensuring the identification and registration of risk management at the global level
- long-term cooperation in full OFF-SITE mode or ON-SITE combination (Bratislava / Žilina / Banská Bystrica) / OFF-SITE , depending on the candidate's preferences
- first 3 months PART-TIME mode, later the possibility of switching to FULL-TIME, depending on the candidate's preferences and the scope of projects
Project requirements
- min. 10 years of experience in product management and / or cybersecurity
- practical experience with:
- analytical activity and architecture design in the field of IT security
- by selecting specific technologies and solutions to ensure cybersecurity
- information security audit
- managing IT project teams
- designing and developing products in the IT sector
- knowledge:
- cybersecurity trends
- the Cyber Security Act
- experience in identification, management, prevention and analysis of security risks and compliance with standards
- knowledge of English at a communicative level (verbally and in writing)
- advantage of experience with:
- monitoring and maintaining compliance with information security policies and standards ( SOC2, ISO27001 and / or PCI )
- ethical hacking
- preparation of commercial offers
- working in a team to address security threats and incidents
- incident and vulnerability management, data protection, application security, encryption, network security and access control
- advantage knowledge:
- IBM security products
- SAP and / or GIS products
- advantage certification: TOGAF, ITIL and / or CSM
- very good communication and presentation skills towards technical and non-technical persons
- enthusiasm for technology and security
- proactive approach and excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability with an emphasis on efficiency and consistency
