Project description
- End-to-end management of a large client program and strategic technology transformation focusing on business results and partnership with a key customer
- Linking client and contractual obligations with international engineering and delivery teams addressing system modernization, operational reliability, and technical debt
- Leveraging technological concepts in the areas of Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Platform Services, SLA, BCP, and technology lifecycle management
- Overall responsibility for the status, milestones, priorities, and delivery flows of the assigned client program
- Directly building trust and strategic partnership with executive stakeholders on the client side, including resolving escalations
- Financial and business management of the program, including tracking revenues, costs, profitability, forecasts, and eliminating scope creep
- Collaboration with architects and technical teams in validating technical solutions considering security, stability, and capacity
- Identification and management of strategic delivery, technical, contractual, and relationship risks
- Mode of cooperation: 2-3 days onsite in Brno and the remaining days remote
Project requirements
- Advanced experience in:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing complex technology programs and delivering engagements
- Managing stakeholder relationships at Key Account Management level and client C-level management
- Financial management of programs, budgeting, monitoring margins and profitability
- Risk management, dependencies, and strategic delivery escalations
- Experience in:
- Technical background in Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Cloud
- Production operation, service reliability, and SLA processes, incident management, and capacity planning
- Assessing architectural concepts, technical debt, and security aspects
- Coordinating international and distributed delivery teams across different time zones
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Fluent and professional English for daily executive communication and reporting
- Advantageous:
- Experience in the Financial Services, Banking, or Fintech domain
- Knowledge of Czech
